• Fits Club Car DS (IQ), Precedent, Tempo, Onward, Excel 48-Volt with Curtis 1510/1515 Controllers
  • Club Car DS must be a REGEN 48v Model (Regen Models will have a run/tow switch under the front seat and your Fwd/Rev switch will be a toggle switch, not a handle)
• Does NOT Fit: Models built Dec 2021 and newer
• Does NOT Fit: "Series" breaking Club Cars.
  • How to tell if you have a "Series" model? If your Club Car does NOT have a run/tow switch under the seat or your Fwd/Rev switch is a handle (not a switch), it is likely a 'Series' cart and therefore, will not work.

Pre-Purchase Checklist

• Cart must have a Curtis 1510/1515 Controller.
• Heavy duty solenoid (required for controllers 440 amps or higher)
• Right Batteries:
  • Excludes Factory Lithium Models / Will work with aftermarket drop in lithium packs, such as Roypow and Relion, or Allied/Epoch if you have 3 x 30ah
    (If you're unsure, check your battery discharge specification to ensure the battery can handle the amperage Navitas controllers call for. Insufficient amperage ratings will call for the controller amperage to be turned down. 440 amp controller should have a 400 amp output battery. 600 amp controllers should have a 600 amp output battery)
  • Carts with lead acid batteries should have heavy duty batty cables. 4 gauge or bigger cables.
